1. eligibility: we accept returns and exchanges on ready-to-wear garments within 14 days of the purchase date. to be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when it was received. it must also be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
2. exclusions: please note that certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including custom-made or personalized items and intimate apparel (such as swimwear and underwear).
